This Shipping Policy explains how digital delivery and physical preorder shipping are handled.
Digital Products
Digital products do not require physical shipping.
Digital products may include:

* workbooks
* preview resources
* digital bundles
* download links
* instant-access educational materials
After purchase, digital products are delivered electronically through a download link, email, customer account access, or another digital delivery method.
Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Preorder Physical Products
Preorder products may include future physical books, Founder Editions, printed resources, limited-release materials, or other physical products that are not ready to ship immediately.
By placing a preorder, you understand that:
* the product does not ship immediately;
* payment is collected at checkout;
* estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page when available;
* shipping timelines may change due to production, printing, supplier, inventory, fulfillment, or carrier delays;
* buyer updates may be sent by email.

For future physical products, processing and fulfillment times may vary depending on production, printing, inventory, and fulfillment schedules.
Preorder items will begin shipping when the product is ready for release and fulfillment.
Delivery Delays

Lost, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages
If a physical package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or inability to deliver, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the item.
If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us for support.
International Shipping
